BREAKING: Rishi Kapoor dies at 67 in Mumbai. The actor was admitted to Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai after complaints of being unwell. The actor's brother Randhir Kapoor had informed on Wednesday night that the veteran actor was having breathing problems because of which he was rushed to the hospital. However, now he has confirmed that Rishi Kapoor has passed away. Actor Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter and expressed, "He's GONE .. ! Rishi Kapoor .. gone .. just passed away .. I am destroyed !"

Rishi Kapoor had returned to India last September after undergoing treatment for cancer in the US for almost a year. In February, the actor was hospitalized twice due to his health issues. Rishi Kapoor had been very active on social media and used to treat his fans with many throwback photos from shoots of his early films. The actor hasn't posted anything on his Twitter account since April 2. On the other hand, he had recently announced his next project, a remake of Hollywood film The Intern, also featuring Deepika Padukone.
