पति-पत्नी पर लाठीचार्ज के वायरल वीडियो पर शिवराज की कार्रवाई, कलेक्टर-एसपी और आईजी को हटाया

भोपालः मध्यप्रदेश के गुना में सरकारी जमीन पर खेती कर रहे किसान पति-पत्नी ने आत्महत्या की कोशिश करने की घटना का वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो गया है।

 

शिवराज सरकार ने जिले के कलेक्टर, एसपी और ज़ोन के आईजी को हटाकर घटना की उच्च स्तरीय जांच के आदेश दे दिए हैं। 

वायरल विडियो को ज्योतिरादित्य सिंधिया के गुना जिले से जोड़ कर सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया जा रहा था, 

\जिसके बाद सिंधिया ने सीएम शिवराज से इस बारे में बात की और देर रात अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गयी.

क्या है पूरा माजरा? 

गुना के सरकारी पीजी कॉलेज की जमीन पर राजकुमार अहिरवार लंबे समय से खेती कर रहे थे,दो दिन पहले गुना प्रशासन के अधिकारी पुलिस दल के साथ सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण हटाने पहुंचे थे। 

मंगलवार दोपहर अचानक गुना नगर पालिका का अतिक्रमण हटाओ दस्ता एसडीएम के नेतृत्व में यहां पहुंचा और राजकुमार की फसल पर जेसीबी चलवाना शुरू कर दिया.

राजकुमार ने विरोध किया तो पुलिस ने उसे पकड़ लिया. राजकुमार ने इस दौरान बताया कि ये उसकी पैतृक जमीन है और यहीं उसके दादा-परदादा के वक्त से ही खेती करते आ रहे हैं. अहिरवार ने साथ ही माना कि उसके पास जमीन का पट्टा नहीं है.

कर्ज लेकर कर रहे थे खेती 

अहिरवार के बाद उसकी पत्नी ने भी जान देने की कोशिश की. इसी दौरान, अतिक्रमण हटाने आए दस्ते के लोगों ने दोनों को पकड़ने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी थी. बाद में दोनों को जबरन अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया.

उन्होंने कहा कि जब जमीन खाली पड़ी थी तो कोई नहीं आया और फिर उन्होंने 4 लाख रुपए का कर्ज लेकर बुवाई की. उन्होंने कहा कि अब जब फसल अंकुरित हो आई है, तो इस पर बुल्डोजर न चलाया जाया. अहिरवार ने कहा कि उनके परिवार में 10-12 लोग हैं और ऐसे में उनके पास आत्महत्या के अलावा कोई दूसरा रास्ता नहीं है.

इस घटना के बारे में गुना तहसीलदार निर्मल राठौर ने कहा, “भूमि की नाप के बाद जब जेसीबी से कब्जा हटाया जा रहा था. उस वक्त जो बटाईदार हैं, उन्होंने किसी जहरीली वस्तु का सेवन कर लिया. उन्हें इलाज के लिये अस्पताल भेज दिया गया है.” 

अस्पताल में राजकुमार की पत्नी की हालत नाजुक बताई जा रही है। 

कानपुर हत्याकांड : फरीदाबाद में दिखा विकास दुबे, राइट हैंड ढेर, पिछले 24 घंटे में धरे जा चुके हैं तीन साथी

कानपुर: कानपुर में आठ पुलिसकर्मियों को कत्ल करने का आरोपी गैंगस्टर विकास दुबे को मंगलवार को दिल्ली से सटे हरियाणा के फरीदाबाद में एक होटल में देखा गया. लेकिन जब पुलिस वहां छापा मारने पहुंची तो वह वहां से निकल चुका था. इसके बाद गुरुग्राम में भी हाइअलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया. पुलिस का कहना है कि वह दिल्ली-एनसीआर में ही कहीं छिपा हुआ है. उसकी तलाश की जा रही है. पुलिस ने फरीदाबाद से दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, गिरफ्तार किए गए शख्स के नाम अंकुर और प्रभात हैं. ये दोनों विकास दुबे (Vikas Dubey) के साथी बताए जा रहे हैं. पुलिस ने इनके पास से चार पिस्टल भी बरामद की है.

जानें, गैंगस्टर विकास दुबे मामले में पिछले 2 दिन में क्या-क्या हुआ?

1. कानपुर हत्याकांड  में फरार मुख्य आरोपी विकास दुबे के खिलाफ पुलिस का शिकंजा कसता जा रहा है. चौबेपुर में हुई आठ पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस विकास दुबे और उसके साथियों की धर पकड़ कर रही है.
2. कुख्यात अपराधी विकास दुबे अभी भी पुलिस की गिरफ्त से बाहर है. दिल्ली-एनसीआर में खोज की जा रही है. इस बीच, कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि विकास दुबे दिल्ली-एनसीआर की किसी अदालत में सरेंडर कर सकता है.
3. कुख्यात अपराधी को पकड़ने में लगी स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स (STF) ने कंफर्म किया है कि फरीदाबाद में जो शख्स सीसीटीवी में दिख रहा है वो विकास दुबे है.
4. फरीदाबाद से गिरफ्तार 2 लोगों में  एक का नाम अंकुर और दूसरे का नाम प्रभात है. कहा जा रहा है कि अंकुर ने विकास दुबे को छिपाने में मदद की जबकि प्रभात विकास दुबे के गांव का रहने वाला है. 
5. गिरफ्तार किए गए अंकुर और प्रभात, विकास दुबे (Vikas Dubey) के साथी बताए जा रहे हैं. पुलिस ने इनके पास से चार पिस्टल भी बरामद की है.
6. गांव से विकास दुबे, प्रभात और हमीरपुर में मारा गया अमर दुबे साथ आये थे, लेकिन अमर वापस चला गया था. बुधवार सुबह पुलिस ने एक एनकाउंटर के दौरान अमर दुबे को हमीरपुर में मार गिराया है. 
7. वहीं, पुलिस ने बुधवार सुबह विकास दुबे के साथी श्यामू वाजपेयी कानपुर में पकड़ लिया है. इसके सिर पर 25 हजार रुपये का ईनाम था.
8. पुलिसकर्मियों की हत्या के आरोप में मुख्य आरोपी विकास दुबे के अलावा 18 अन्य नामजद अभियुक्त भी हैं. इन पर 25,000-25,000 रुपये का इनाम रखा गया है. वहीं, विकास दुबे पर इनाम की राशि को बढ़ाकर 2.5 लाख कर दिया गया है. 
9. गुरुग्राम कमिश्नर ने अलर्ट जारी कर कहा कि विकास टैक्सी या ऑटो से फरीदाबाद से गुरुग्राम आ सकता है. वो लंगड़ा रहा है. पुलिस का प्रयास है कि जिले की सीमा से बाहर वो निकल नहीं पाए.
10. दिल्ली पुलिस को भी अलर्ट पर रखा गया है. गौरतलब है कि पुलिस ने पूरे मामले में मंगलवार को तीन और लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. इस तरह इस कांड में अब तक 4 लोग गिरफ्तार हो गए हैं. गिरफ्तार हुए तीन लोगों के नाम सुरेश वर्मा, क्षमा दुबे और रेखा अग्निहोत्री है.

Coronavirus cases in India cross 37,000-mark; over 1,218 deaths. Check state-wise list

India coronavirus cases have crossed 37,000-mark taking positive patients toll to 37,336 including 1,218 deaths while 9,951 patients have recovered, according to the health ministry's figures released on Saturday. In order to contain the spread of virus, the government has further extended the lockdown for two more weeks. It was supposed to end on May 3 but has now been extended till May 17, however, some relaxations will be provided to green zones, orange zones in the third phase of lockdown. 

Till Friday evening, India cases stood at 35,365 with over 1,152 deaths and 9,065 have recovered. India is also witnessing the slowing down of its doubling rate that means lockdown has proved an effective measure in India's fight against the virus.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic and the resultant lockdown, PM Modi has deliberated on how the labour force can propel India's growth and reviewed the performance of the aviation and power sectors, with a focus on reducing costs and making them more efficient. "We discussed ways through which this (labour) sector can power India's growth," the prime minister tweeted.

He said deliberations were held on labour welfare during the meeting. The migrant labourers are one of the most hard hit segments during the coronavirus-induced lockdown as they had been out of jobs. The meeting came in a day when trains were run to carry them to their home states. Reviewing the power sector, the prime minister underlined its importance in propelling the economy. The need for an effective enforcement of contracts to attract private investment was also discussed.

76 out of 300 pilgrims test COVID-19 positive in Punjab after returning from Hazur Sahib in Maharashtra

Out of the 300-pilgrims who were tested for possible coronavirus exposure in Punjab after they returned from Maharashtra Hazur Sahib in Nanded, 76 of them have tested positive for COVID-19, informed Om Parkash Soni, Punjab Medical Education & Research Minister. Earlier, 8 of the Sikh pilgrims who recently returned from Nanded to Punjab tested positive for coronavirus on Monday. Five of the pilgrims belonged to Tarn Taran while three hailed from Kapurthala in Punjab.

The Hazur Sahib Gurudwara in Maharashtra's Nanded district was then put on alert after some pilgrims who went back from there to Punjab tested positive for coronavirus, a gurudwara official had informed. Following this, the shrine administration initiated sanitising process in the premises at regular intervals.

"We are taking all care. Spraying of disinfectants and sanitisation of every corner of the premises is being done at regular intervals. Social distancing is being maintained. We also have our own quarantine facility here," the gurudwara superintendent Gurvinder Singh Wadhwa told.

Any staff member who goes out of the city is quarantined at the facility available here. After completion of the quarantine period, the person is asked to go to the civil hospital and get a check-up done before resuming duty, he said. Three persons are already quarantined at the facility, he added.

Nearly 4,000 pilgrims from Punjab, who came to pay obeisance at the Gurdwara Hazur Sahib in Nanded, got stuck because of the coronavirus lockdown. Now, they are being sent to Punjab after the intervention of the Union Home Ministry.

Coronavirus cases in India cross 35,000-mark; 1,147 deaths. Check state-wise list

India coronavirus confirmed cases have crossed 35,000-mark, taking positive patients toll to 35,043 including 1,147 deaths while 8,889 have recovered, according to Health Ministry's figures released on Friday. Till Thursday evening, India COVID-19 toll stood at 33,610 with 8,373 recovered patients and 1,075 deaths. The nation is nearing towards the end of an extended lockdown period on May 3, however, it is yet to confirmed by the government whether it will finally end or extended beyond May 3. 

While cases in the country continue to rise, Maharashtra remains the worst affected with over 10,000 cases alone followed by Gujarat, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh in most affected state list. However, in what could be taken as positive sign in India's fight against coronavirus is the slowing down of the doubling rate of cases.

Meanwhile, lauding India's fight against the deadly virus, an influential American lawmaker has said India has stepped up as a leader in the fight against coronavirus applauding New Delhi for providing the US with vital supplies such as mass quantities of Hydroxychloroquine.

"The Republic of India is one of America's closest and most important allies, and our relationship has always enjoyed bipartisan support in Washington, D.C. I am thankful that India has stepped up as a leader in the fight against coronavirus, and am glad that our special partnership remains strong during this pandemic," Congressman George Holding, the co-chair of the Congressional Caucus on India and Indian-Americans, said.
