Crime Branch notice to Maulana Saad of Tabligi Jamaat, 26 questions asked

The Crime Branch team of Delhi Police asked Maulana Saad, whether any permission was ever sought from the police or the administration or if it was received before gathering a crowd of people at religious events.

The crime branch has sent a notice to Maulana Mohammad Saad, the emir of Tabligi Jamaat in Nizamuddin, Delhi. The Crime Branch team has sought answers to 26 questions related to Markaz. Meanwhile, police raids are on in search of Maulana Mohammad Saad. A day earlier, Maulana Saad released her audio, stating that she is in isolation.
In the notice sent by the crime branch, the complete address of the organization and the information related to the registration, the complete details of the employees associated with the organization, including the home address and mobile number, have asked for the details of the people associated with the management of Markaz. Also it was asked that when these people have been associated with Markaj.
With this, the details of income tax of last 3 years, PAN card number, details of bank account and one year bank statement have been sought. Information about all religious events held in Markaj has also been sought since 1 January 2019. It has been asked whether CCTV is installed inside Markaz. If it is felt then where
