A video of a woodpecker fighting with a snake to save its babies has gone viral on Twitter. The clip has left the internet talking about a mother's love.

A mother's love can overcome anything. To protect her babies a mother can go to any extent and a video of a woodpecker fighting a snake to save her babies shared by Indian Forest Officer (IFS) Susanta Nanda proves the same.
Nanda shared the hair-raising video with the caption, "All the forces on this planet, will never beat that of a mother's love. Woodpecker saving its chicks after a fierce air duel with the snake."

The 27-second video starts with a woodpecker attacking something in its nest, after which a large snake comes out and tries to strike it. The snake and the woodpecker get into a fight and the reptile manges to get hold of the bird twice during the duel.
Even after the close brush with death, the woodpecker never gives up and keeps going back to fight and save its children.
Once the video was shared, it spread like wildfire on Twitter garnering over 10.2k views and more than 256 retweets.
